We guarantee if the customer did not satisfied the product after receiving it within 30 days, he can contact the customer service on the website and require for the exchange.

We will give the response after verify the order and shipping information.

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to and we'll arrange for a replacement.

Select a reason for your return following a brief description (if provided) and Continue.
Review your return Information and if all is correct, click Continue.
Click the "Print labels" button to print your return labels. Each label will print on a separate page.
Place the "Return Merchandise Authorization" in the package with your return.
Secure the return address label to the outside of the box (clear tape is usually best)
Ship the parcel to our returns center. We recommend that you use a service provider that provides both insurance and tracking.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.

NOTE: After received the payment within 3-10 days, consumer will also receive the product or service correspondingly.


If you feel the product that you've purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

§ If you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America) after the date that your order has been placed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Thank you!

• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 7-20 days 

• All estimated pical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
